Kivonat:

A fejezet a Bükkalján 9 helyről gyűjtött 15 kőzetminta makroszkópos leírását és vékonycsiszolatos kőzettani elemzésének eredményeit mutatja be. A kőzeteket meghatároztuk, szöveti tulajdonságaikat leírtuk és összetételüket elemztük. A minták között radiolaritot, kovásodott aleurolitot, diatómás törmelékes kovakőzetet, kovásodott homokkövet, kovásodott mészkövet azonosítottunk.

Abstract „Petrographic studies of lithic raw materials from the Bükkalja region, Northern Hungary”

The chapter presents the macroscopic description of 15 rock samples collected from 9 locations in the Bükkalja region and the results of their petrological analysis. We defined the rocks, described their fabric properties and analyzed their composition. Among the samples, we identified radiolarite, silicified siltstone, diatomaceous silicites, silicified sandstone, and silicified limestone.
